Dr. V. Prahlada conferred with Padma Shri

Dr Vadlamudi Prahlada, adviser to the Vignan University, has been conferred with Padma Shri by the Government of India in the Science and Engineering category. Dr. Prahlada took over charges as the adviser to Vignan University on December 17, 2014. Earlier, he discharged his duty in various capacities including Vice-chancellor, Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (Deemed University), Pune during 2011-2014 and Distinguished Scientist and Chief Controller, Research & Development (Aero & Services Interaction), DRDO, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi. Chairman of Vignan Group Mr Lavu Rathaiah congratulated Dr. Prahlada.
